By accessing and using our SME management consulting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Consult IMM provides small and medium-sized business management consulting services, including but not limited to: brand mission definition, internal process optimization, and business strategy development for team productivity growth.

Services are provided on a project or contract basis.
All strategies and materials provided are the intellectual property of Consult IMM until the invoice is fully settled.
We do not provide financial services, loans, or medical advice.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. Client Rights

The client has the right to professional services, in accordance with the description in the offer, to confidentiality regarding the information disclosed, and to receive invoices and related documentation.

3.2. Client Obligations

The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the project execution, to respect the agreed payment deadlines, and to collaborate in good faith with the designated consultant.

3.3. Consult IMM Obligations

We commit to providing services with professionalism and competence, in accordance with industry standards and the established contractual terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Consult IMM is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the invoiced value for the respective service.
